I’ve been shopping at the Trexlertown store for Science Diet pet food. Recently, I went to the Petco nearby and found their prices to be 18% lower while having almost twice the selection. After sharing this information with the folks at tractor supply, their response was “we do price matching”. Several employees and the manager have repeatedly expressed this policy. So, yesterday I went to purchase at Tractor Supply and informed the cashier that I would like to price match. Now, the manager added several qualifications at the register when attempting to use their policy. The manager refused to match the sale price. I left a $100.00 dog food purchase on the counter and drove one mile to Petco and made the same purchase for under $80.00 Not my first experience with an offer from Tractor Supply that was later retracted when attempting to purchase an item. Update: After recieving the Corporate response, the Tractor Supply web site was pulled up and reviewed in detail. The Price Match policy does have many exclusions to fulfillment. Stopped by today to purchase some feed for my horses. I was asked several times if I needed assistance finding things which was awesome! Everyone was so helpful. I also want to mention, James! He checked me out at the register and made my day! Truly service with a smile. Offered me the TSC credit card and asked me if I wanted to use my rewards! James is awesome! I look forward to seeing him again!

I went to the Tractor Supply to bathe my dog. As usual, the sales staff was friendly and helpful. First of all there are absolutely no directions on how to use the dog wash in the dog wash area let alone a staff person to show you what to do. There were two towels left and the shampoo had been watered down to the point that I had to wash my dog four times just to make it lather! It was in a gallon pump and was so watered down that you would try and put it in the palm of your hand but it would shoot straight out and you couldn't get any. I finally had to take the whole gallon into the tub with the dog to be able to wash her. It doesn't take much to provide dog shampoo add a dog bathing service station. In fact, they sell the dog shampoo in the store! I wish I had taken my own and I almost did but I thought of course they'll have shampoo. I think not! Take your own shampoo! My poor dog was so traumatized and now we just have to go back next weekend to get another bath so she'll actually be clean

This store is trash. I refuse to ever step foot in there and waste my time. First of all, as stated by several other people, their online inventory never matches their in store inventory. When I’m driving over 20 minutes just to be let down, I’m not a happy person. Now onto the REAL reason I refuse to waste my time here ever again: I was in store and saw a really nice lawn cart that fit my and my husbands exact needs, however the particular one on display was rusted from being outside. So I thought no problem I’ll just order one online and go to pick it up myself the following day, figuring they have more in stock elsewhere that haven’t been sitting out in the elements for weeks/months. I drive over there to do curbside pickup (since I have my baby in the truck and it was just much more convenient this way) I get there and park in the curbside spot and the sign says to use the app, use the email/text, or call the store the notify them that you’re there. Well nowhere on the email or text that I received was there an option to notify them. Okay no problem I’ll just call the store. That phone rang for over 10 minutes before someone finally answered. Mind you this was midday on a Mond

Would give this place 5 stars because I’ve been coming here for years and this is my third clutch of chicks I’m raising. However you need to teach your employee, Joanne, some customer service skills. I just had a chick die for the first time, which is disheartening to me. I don’t need to attitude of “No ItS 24 hOuRs🥴” when asked what the replacement policy is. I just wanted clarification and didn’t need the attitude when I’m already upset about losing my livestock.
